Both are 80mm wide, but the outer diameter differs: 80×80mm has an 80mm OD (approximately 80m of paper), while 80×70mm has a 70mm OD (approximately 60m). Both fit the same 80mm-wide printers. If your printer has a smaller paper compartment, 80×70mm may be the correct choice.
55 g/m² is thinner and gives more meters per roll, making it cost-effective for high-volume printing. 60 g/m² is slightly thicker, producing crisper print quality and a more premium feel. For most retail POS applications, 60 g/m² is the standard. 80 g/m² is used for archival receipts and government documents.
Yes. Our 80×80mm rolls are manufactured to Epson's recommended specifications: 80mm width, 80mm OD, 12.7mm or 25.4mm core. They are compatible with all TM-T88 variants (T88III through T88VII) as well as Epson TM-T20, TM-T70, and TM-U220.
Yes. We offer flexographic printing of up to 4 colors on the reverse side of the roll. Common custom elements include store logo, promotional messages, loyalty program details, and website URLs. MOQ for printed rolls is 500 kg.
