Founded in 2009, ZhixinPaper (Zhixin Thermal Paper Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) is a China-based factory specializing in the production of thermal paper rolls, direct thermal labels, and NCR forms. Located in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, our 8,000 m² facility houses four high-speed coating lines and fifteen precision slitting machines, enabling a daily output of 30 metric tons of finished thermal paper products.
We serve distributors, wholesalers, and enterprise buyers across 30+ countries, supplying products for retail POS systems, logistics and warehousing, supermarket price labeling, government tender documentation, and healthcare applications. Our BPA-free and BPS-free formulations meet EU REACH, FDA, and RoHS standards, and we hold ISO 9001:2015 certification for our quality management system.
Unlike trading companies, we manufacture every roll in-house — from raw jumbo roll slitting to custom printing and final packaging. This end-to-end control means we can guarantee batch consistency, honor tight delivery schedules, and offer flexible OEM and private-label services with minimum order quantities starting from 1 carton for samples.
