100×150mm is very close but not identical to 4"×6" (101.6×152.4mm). The 100×150mm format is the metric standard used by DHL, DPD, GLS, and most European carriers. If you're shipping within Europe or to Australia, 100×150mm is the correct size.
Yes. Most Zebra printers (ZT230, ZD620, ZT410) support both 4"×6" and 100×150mm label sizes. You may need to adjust the label size setting in your printer driver or ZPL configuration.
